             This series focuses on the Achievement Beyond Obstacles recipients and the “after,” of the program. The recipients that have participated are not from only this year, but from a variety of years. All the participants in these videos, were more than happy to check in and share where they are now, and what they have accomplished since the ABO program.

 
Destiny Zepeda, ABO 2020 recipient visits the Reno South Rotary and discusses what is ABO and where she is now because of the program’s influences. Destiny graduated from Hug High School in Spring 2020. She is currently enrolled at the University of Nevada, Reno and has taken Summer classes.  
Omar Carrillo, ABO 2019 recipient visits the Reno South Rotary and discusses what is ABO and where he is now because of the program’s influences. Omar graduated from Sparks High School, in Spring of 2019. He is currently enrolled at the University of Nevada, Reno as an Engineering Major.  
Iris Mangosing-Killic, ABO 2020 recipient visits the Reno South Rotary and discusses what is ABO and where she is now because of the program’s influences. Iris graduated from TMCC High School in the Spring of 2020, she earned an Associates Degree of Science from TMCC in Spring 2020 as well. She will be attending Saint Louis University for Fall 2020.  
Tatiana Ramirez, ABO 2017 recipient visits the Reno South Rotary and discusses what is ABO and where she is now because of the program’s influences. Tatiana graduated from Sparks High School in the Spring 2017. She completed her bachelors degree in journalism at the University of Nevada-Reno on August 13, 2020.
